CC Goldwater at Huffington Post- Why McCain Has Lost Our Voice - Being Barry Goldwater's granddaughter and living in Arizona, one would assume that I would be voting for our state's senator, John McCain. I worked on the 1972 McGovern campaign for course credit when I was studying media at UST. The course was called Campaigns and Elections and was taught by Tom Bass. We really wanted to end the war, but our voices were not listened to and in the end, the war continued for a few more years. This time I believe we will end a war with an election. There are too many babyboomers like me out there who will vote for Obama.

We are leaving now to go vote the "rascals out of office"!
I understand Obama and Ayers. In 1972 Houston, groups like the Weather Underground and the Students for a Democratic Society were radical groups admired by many in the Montrose area. I lived there during that time. I was attending University of St. Thomas, which was in the heart of the city. We had one of the Chicago 8 speak during lecture week. Obama was in a similar neighborhood in Chicago.

We are back from the movie. I did not laugh. I would not see it again. People tried to laugh, but it was not funny. It exposed him for what a poor manager he is. If you don't give and damn and you are not good at anything the results are inevitable.
